NP/PA Nephrology opportunity in Elmira, NY Rochester 2hrs; New York City 230m Position Details - Full-time- Permanent- Well-established 210+ member multi-specialty practice located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY.- Employed- Responsible for the assessment of patient health status- Development and implementation of appropriate treatment plans Qualification: - Masters degree and successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program - Current NYS professional license as an NP/PA and DEA license - Board Certification - Attain/Maintain board certification; Other certifications may also be required, including, but not limited to: ACLS, ATLS, BLS - Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team Patient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients Income Details / Benefits: - Highly Competitive Salary $120-$130K - Vacation Time- CME Days- Relocation- Full Malpractice Insurance- Health, Vision, Dental Benefits- 401(k) and/or 403(b)
