Role Overview:
The Turndown Attendant performs turndown service by cleaning guest rooms according to established quality and performance standards, ensuring a sufficient quantity of clean and inviting guest rooms.
Essential Job Functions:Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards and self-inspecting turndown program.Organize and stock cleaning cart/trolley and linen closets on assigned floors.Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Report any damages and discrepancies to the Housekeeping office and Housekeeping Supervisor.In addition to essential functions, this position may require performing a combination of the following supportive functions:
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.Assist with special guest requests and clean unexpected spills.Help other housekeeping employees maintain clean and organized work and public areas.Education/Experience:
Must be
18 years of age or older .High school diploma or equivalent education required.Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.Must be able to lift and move up to
50 pounds .Ability to see differences in widths and lengths, such as those on graphs.Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.Basic computational ability is necessary.Benefits for Full-Time Employees:
