Innovative FQHC with 9 primary care clinics 75 Physicians and 25 Advanced Practice Providers on staff currently All clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes EPIC EMR Diverse patient population. Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus; however, it is not required. Base salary plus bonus incentives.
