Overview

Na Ali'i is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to conduct and manage contract operations for one of The Nakupuna Companies' several business lines.Responsibilities

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to this job at any time.Full spectrum contract management support for one of Nakupuna's Lines of Business

Responsible for managing workload for 1 - 2 direct report staff members supporting the same business lineAdvise program teams on risks and contractual issuesAssist with detecting and mitigating organizational conflicts of interestOversee procurement timelines for purchases under your assigned contractsAttend or support meetings with customer as needed, to include contract kick-off meetingsPrepare formal notices and correspondence with customersPrepare for contract closeout at contract conclusionSupport Bid and Proposal team by providing contract analysis and review of solicitations and bidsMinimal travel may be required for this role

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

Leadership, People Management, Project Management, Requirements Analysis, Strategic Planning, Self-Motivated and Self-Monitoring, Exceptional Oral and Written Communications, Technical Expertise, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Education and Experience:

This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.15+ years of professional experience with contracts management in the federal market.Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and Public Law.Experience with Costpoint/CMS is desired.Certification:

CFCM or CPCM certification is preferred.Location:

Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule of 3 days at office site in either Arlington, Virginia or Honolulu, Hawaii.Clearance:

Not required but must be able to obtain security clearance, if requested. Must be a U.S. citizen.

The projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00 to $160,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
