Summary:We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision, assist therapists with managing their caseloads, maintain clinical standards for the clients in our Higher Level of Care programs, and overseeing applicable licensing and reporting requirements.
Job description and Requirements:* Responsible for the direction, provision, and quality of Partial Care Program; follow and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedure manual, oversee budget and a quality assurance program.* Responsible for the coordination and integration of counseling services with other client care services to ensure continuity of care for each client; ensure that the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning of clients is provided by appropriately trained and qualified clinical staff as specified in the client's treatment plan; and properly documented throughout the client's chart as required by agency policies. Oversee that direct clinical supervision is provided to all clinical staff, individually and in a group setting.* Responsible to ensure that the addiction treatment and behavioral approaches to treatment are evidenced based or based on objective information to provide treatment services consistent with recognized treatment principles and practices for each level of care and type of client served by the agency.* Will manage the IOP program for substance abuse, chemical addiction and dependence
Qualifications:* NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license with a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification* NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification to supervise CADC.* Experience should include five years (5) of progressively responsible clinical supervisory experience in the mental health field to clients of all ages in multispecialty setting.
