Job Title:Acquisition Analyst IVLocation:Stafford, VAJob Summary/Purpose:The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Acquisition Analyst IV to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer.This position is contingent upon contract award.G3G strives to provide superior quality and unparalleled customer service in all aspects of our business. It is our goal to provide our employees with a work environment that promotes professional and personal fulfillment, career development, and job enrichment.Essential Responsibilities/Functions:• Perform tasks related to developing procurement request packages, monitoring acquisition and procurement lifecycle management activities, and use of Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) analysis while supporting program office activities.• Support the development of requirements, market research, estimates, and other related procurement documentation.• Execute acquisition management across an entire product line.• Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.• Perform acquisition strategy requirements to support program goals and objectives.• Assist in the preparation, review, update, maintenance, routing, and approval of acquisition documentation.• Perform acquisition planning tasks.• Prepare, configure and staff Milestone documentation.• Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.• Identify cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs.• Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.• Prepare plans for product risk mitigation.Required Experience:• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the acquisition field.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated ability to present material to senior government and industry executives.• Ability to supervise and develop others and work with cross-functional teams.• Strong people, leadership, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sciences, or related technical discipline.
