The company is looking for individuals willing to learn and grow in their team. The main goal of this position is to provide top-notch craftsmanship in various electrical assembly techniques to contribute to a team focused on achieving top-notch performance in cycle time, quality, and cost optimization.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in executing workmanship on production projects, including complex sections.
Install various electrical components onto pans and enclosures based on engineering instructions.
Read and comprehend drawing packages to efficiently build customized equipment.
Use a variety of tools such as overhead cranes, pallet jacks, torque wrenches, and more for daily tasks.
Apply advanced electrical manufacturing knowledge to make determinations on component parts and methods.
Maintain a safe and well-organized work area while complying with safety procedures and quality standards.

The company requires 2 years of experience in assembling electrical switchboards and prefers 3 years of experience in electrical apprenticeship, electronic repair, or HVAC installation.
