PRN Respiratory Therapist

DescriptionWe are seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Community Rehabilitation Hospital South. In this role, you will provide specialized respiratory care to patients in need of continued rehabilitation. Our hospital is dedicated to superior patient care and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.Responsibilities:Maintain knowledge of various oxygen delivery methods and administer respiratory therapy treatmentsMonitor mechanical ventilators and perform critical care dutiesAssess patient pain and perform arterial punctures for blood gas analysisConduct EKGs and file reportsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Current State Respiratory Therapist LicensureGraduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory TherapyCurrent CPR certification (BLS or ACLS)Three or more years of previous experience in cardiopulmonary services preferredIf you are passionate about improving patient outcomes and contributing to the rehabilitation of individuals recovering from various conditions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
