We take great pride in maintaining a clean and attractive home for our residents and are seeking to fill 2 positions.Part Time - Every Other Weekend3pm - 11pmThose with housekeeping experience are invited to apply. This position will focus on floor care, as well as general housekeeping duties throughout our large campus. We seek applicants with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and a desire to have their efforts and pride in their work noticed by residents, visitors, and co-workers.$18.00 Per HourEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean offices, models, rest rooms and common areas including elevators per cleaning scheduleMaintain all hard surface flooring using equipment per scheduleClean all vacant apartments.Keep all vacant units fresh and odorless.Provide tips and feedback to third shift team on housekeeping tasksCoordinate special housekeeping tasks with Driver/Community Support employee, such as carpet cleaning using facility's machineCreate monthly individual apartment cleaning schedule for resident cleaning; communicate any changes to residentsComplete individual apartment cleanings per checklist; collect payment from residentMonitor supplies level and notify manager of supply needs.Provide spot cleaning as needed due to accidents, spills, etc.Assist with move-ins/move-outs as requested by leasing staff, such as ensuring packing boxes are removed promptly from recycling areas, ensuring any last-minute touch-ups for apartments are completed, etc.Assist with resident or building emergencies as requested by front desk staff or management
