Summary of Duties:
Provide administrative and clerical support for the Food Service Department at Central Office. Primary duties include weekly, monthly & quarterly duties which are a wide range of food service needs, data entry into specific food services programs, typing, record keeping, operating copy machines, helping the other school Food Service Administrative Assistant when needed and any other duties as assigned by the Food Service Coordinator.
Qualifications:Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, & PowerPoint) and ability to learn/use a variety of food services programs.Strong organizational skillsAbility to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious successful experience in an office environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively interact with co-workers, cafeteria managers, cafeteria staff, parents and general public.Ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary:Range is $12.61 to $26.17 per hour, plus benefit package

Workday:Full time / 10 month position (190 days), 8 hours per day
