Job Description:
Blackstone's Global Fund Finance team is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join the team in support of business growth.
Responsibilities:
Calculate and review monthly estimate and final Fund NAV's, analyze NAV reconciliations with various third-party administrators and custodiansReview and reconcile the calculation of and pay management and performance feesReview and reconcile client capital statements generated by third-party administratorsReview and reconcile fund foreign currency exposure and coordinate hedgingAssist and coordinate team members in responding to client requestsReview customized client reporting including calculation of time weighted returns and IRRsReview monthly revenue reporting and assist in review of projectionsAssist in the setup and launch of new products and FundsReview cash flow analysis reporting to support the investment processReview capital call and distribution calculations and review investor noticesCollaborate with offshore resources with NAV productionCollaborate with Operations teams including Middle Office, Pricing, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Legal and Compliance, and Regulatory ReportingProcess investor paymentsUtilize technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controlsOversee service providers to achieve superior serviceOversee expense budgeting, hedging and cash reconciliation, certain client reporting functions, and fund structuring and restructuringWork with reporting teams to properly present data in audited financial statements and regulatory filingsReview legal documents for fund accounting process considerationsQualifications:

BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance6+ years of fund, audit, or administrator experience / 6+ years of public or private accounting experienceExperience in private equity and / or hedge funds and / or audit preferredKnowledge of SEC / relevant regulatory filings for investment funds preferredCPA preferred, Audit experience is preferredStrong Excel skills preferredExcellent analytical, technical, and communication skillsAble to multi-task and effectively manage their own time.A collaborative team player, always willing to assist colleagues.The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Expected annual base salary range:
$100,000 - $185,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
