Compensation:$115k - $130k base salary plus bonus, health, vehicle, PTO, Cell, Laptop and additional perks
Key Responsibilities:BraveView has been engaged to recruit a General Manager for a $9mm Commercial Landscape business that has been servicing the Myrtle Beach, SC area for 2 decades.
As the leader of the business, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our clients, and driving business growth.
We are looking for a team player who can develop teams, motivate staff, lead by example and be a true partner for our clients.
Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, production, and administrative functionsDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue goalsReview, adjust and approve bids for new maintenance contracts and enhancements to make sure profit margin goals are achieved.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and complaints are proactively addressed through ongoing communicationEnsure the delivery of high-quality service and promote a culture of safety and teamworkHire, train, and mentor staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and meet production goalsDevelop and manage branch budgets and financial goals, including monitoring expenses and revenueAnalytical skills with the ability to review and interpret financial data to identify strengths and weaknesses.Collaborate with owner and corporate leadership to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery across the companyParticipate in industry events and associations to stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the industryRequirements:Proven experience in leadership and management in the landscaping or related industryStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsKnowledge of landscaping and horticulture practicesAbility to manage diverse operating styles of staff and adjust to the seasonality of the businessSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervisionBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferredAbility to speak Spanish would be a Plus
