Physical Therapists

provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities for patients experiencing injuries or disease. The Physical Therapist will examine the patient's medical history, evaluating their physical abilities and determine their potential to respond to therapy and develop a comprehensive treatment plan while integrating company values into daily practice.

and will work

shifts as needed.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and establishes plan of care; also evaluates the efficacy of treatment, modifying if necessary. Conducts all therapy practice within defined standards of care.Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans in accordance with Hospital requirements and established guidelines. Regularly updates documentation and maintains prescriptions and signature. Doing so in a timely mannerCoordinates, delegates, and supervises responsibilities assigned to support staff.Coordinates with interdisciplinary team on patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress including preparing plan for discharge.Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff. Assesses the risks for safety and implements appropriate precautions. Complies with appropriate and approved safety and Infection Prevention standards.May be required to work during inclement weather and other staffing emergencies.Requirements for consideration:

A minimum of 2 (two) years' experience in inpatient hospital setting, inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.Current state license as a Physical Therapist in good standing is required.Current BLS/CPR certification required.
