Seal and Shelter Assemblers
to join our team. In this role, you will perform assembly duties to create and crate rigid and padded seal and shelter products. You will work closely with a team to meet production goals and ensure high-quality assembly standards.Key Responsibilities:Review production schedules and job cards for assembly requirements.Perform covering operations, including gluing foam pads and hardware to boards.Apply covers to boards and foam, securing them by stretching and/or nailing.Cut and measure aluminum pipe; transport to assembly areas.Assemble shelters, including trimming wood angles and securing parts together.Drill holes in frames and attach metal corners.Prepare assemblies for shipment, ensuring proper sizing and labeling.Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to stand and use hands for assembly tasks.Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach above shoulders, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift/move heavy items (100+ pounds) with assistance.Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
