Senior Financial Analyst

A Turn2Partners client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will report to the Director of FP&A and interact with the CFO on a weekly basis. As an instrumental member of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst will be actively involved in supporting the FP&A team through the consolidation of forecasts and budgets for operations, sales, and other corporate teams.Responsibilities :Assist in developing the corporate forecast, annual budget and strategic planning analysisGather, review and consolidate financial data collected through reviews with operations, sales and accounting teamsUnderstands key business drivers and challenges processes and recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysesConduct price/volume/mix variance analysis on forecasts, highlighting key variancesSupport budget owners with P/L analysis, issue analysis and resolutionWork on special projects produce ad-hoc analysis as neededRequirements:BA/BS required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Applied Economics, or related fieldMinimum 3 – 5 years of experience of traditional FP&A experience or a combination of audit, consulting or corporate financeExperience creating and validating detailed financial modelsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience working with Large ERP systems including Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, BPC, or related financial systems
