StretchLab is looking for a motivated Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our new location in Greenwich, CT, opening Summer 2024. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within our expanding organization!About Stretch Ventures: Stretch Ventures is a premier franchisee of StretchLab, a cutting-edge fitness and wellness concept specializing in one-on-one assisted stretching and small group classes. With a team of experts in personal training, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more, we offer world-class stretching sessions guided by the best in the industry. We currently operate 10 StretchLab locations and are excited to expand to 20 in the coming years.Position Overview: As an Assistant Studio Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving new membership sales, retaining current members, and fostering community involvement. You'll also assist in managing sales associates and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Fitness knowledge is preferred but not required – if you’re passionate and motivated, we want to hear from you!Compensation & Benefits:Pay range: $20 - $22 per hour.Commission on sales.Opportunities for career growth and development.Participation in leadership programs to enhance management skills.Responsibilities:Drive the sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.Book and confirm introductory appointments.Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and addressing individual needs.Maintain a high level of personal sales production.Promote and present available services to prospective and current members.Achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads.Participate in special events and community outreach to promote the studio.Collaborate with Sales Associates and Lead Flexologists to achieve sales goals.Ensure the studio is clean and organized.Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or management team.Requirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours a day.Fluency in English with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficient computer skills.Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.Ready to make a difference in the world of fitness and wellness?
