Position Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives. This role involves developing and managing detailed three-statement financial models, performing budgeting tasks, and analyzing large, complex datasets across multiple data sources. Success in this role will require a strong background in financial analysis and data management, with an ability to make sense of data from disparate sources and drive insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive three-statement financial models to support decision-makingPartner with various departments to manage the budgeting process, providing insights into budgeting variances and financial forecastsAnalyze large datasets, performing advanced sorting, filtering, and interpretation to identify actionable insightsSupport growth initiatives, including modeling for potential acquisitions and analyzing organic growth opportunitiesPresent financial data and analysis to executive leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and providing recommendationsCollaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years in a finance or analyst role, ideally as an Investment Banking Analyst or Analyst ConsultantHealthcare sector experience is advantageous but not requiredProficiency with three-statement modeling, budgeting, and data managementExperience handling large datasets, with the ability to parse, sort, and filter data efficientlyAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial analysis software or BI tools is a plusStrong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to various stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits:*
