We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Public Finance team in Minneapolis, MN.
Who are we looking for?
The qualified candidate should start with an interest in supporting a diverse team, be excited to learn, and be a strong communicator. This position will provide administrative support to our public finance teams. This is an entry to mid-level position, but at Piper Sandler, we expect our team members to assume a high level of responsibility and actively participate in all aspects of a transaction. This position allows for the opportunity for career growth over time into a more senior role position.
Responsibilities :
Track and facilitate transaction-related processesTravel arrangementsInvoice and expense processing and trackingGeneral office-related tasksCalendar management & meeting logisticsAssist with marketing efforts and conference logisticsOther duties as requiredRequirements:
Microsoft suite experienceExcellent communication and organizational skillsGreat level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to navigate complex situations and find innovative solutionsAbility to handle multiple projects with changing deadlines and prioritiesFlexibility to adapt to unexpected challenges in fast-paced environmentConsistently on site in the Minneapolis, MN office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pmWork overtime as required
