Job Title: Project Administrator – Data Center
Location: Cheyenne, WY
Department: Operations/Engineering
Reports To: Project Manager
Job Summary:

While specific duties can vary depending on the project's complexity, common responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and verify daily time entry / payroll.
• Coordinate and document project meetings, ensuring information is shared efficiently.
• Participate in project invoice approvals.
• Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including providing jobsite location and safety orientations, new hire paperwork, employee
orientation.
• Assist in project communication efforts by disseminating relevant information to project team members, subcontractors, and clients,
fostering clear and effective communication channels.
• Monitor project progress and milestones, identifying any deviations or risks, and promptly notifying project managers to facilitate timely
resolutions.
• Support project managers in the preparation of project proposals, change orders, and other project-related documentation as needed.
• Utilize project management software and tools proficiently to maintain accurate project data and facilitate collaboration among project
teams. (Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with project managers to provide administrative assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation accurately, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with
company standards and client requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of administrative construction industry experience.
• Proven track record in an administrative role supporting project management functions, preferably within the construction or electrical
industry.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
• Solid understanding of construction billing practices.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, along with Adobe Acrobat, and construction billing
software.
Work Environment:
• This position may require travel to various project sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
Potential Hazards:
• Construction Jobsite Office environment
• If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.

• Driving if required to travel
