We're hiring a Driver that will be starting in El Dorado Hills and driving to surrounding areas! *20-30 mile range*
**Placement & Retention Bonus**You will be eligible to receive both a placement and retention bonus in the total gross amount of $850.00, provided that you remain actively employed with the Company and are not on a Performance Improvement Plan at the time these bonuses are to be paid. The placement bonus ($500.00) will be included in your paycheck within the first month after you are placed at a school site, and the retention bonus ($350.00) will be included in your last paycheck of the school year.

Purpose of the Position:
Drivers are responsible for safely operating van-type company vehicle. The primary objective is providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation for students with behavioral issues to and from school and other school related activities and/or arrangements.

This position requires the flexibility of working a split shift.1st Shift = 4:30am to 5:30am - 9am2nd Shift = 1:30pm - 5pm
Perform tasks correctly and according to policies and procedures.Safe operation of vehicles, including adherence with all laws and specific driving techniques to minimize the risk of accidents and incidents.Monitor students during transportation.Maintain and complete daily required records i.e., Van Attendance Logs, Van 1:1 Logs, Van Behavioral Logs, and Fuel Man purchases.Follow safety procedures for loading, unloading, and securing all passengers.Run program errands, including but not limited to, package deliveries, late runs, transporting students to workability events and other appointments as needed.Conduct pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper operation of vehicle, including on-board equipment, and report conditions which require repair and/or maintenance on the vehicle.Maintain the vehicle in a neat and clean condition.Four-point securement of wheelchairs and scooters, if needed.Complete other responsibilities as assigned.Objectives or Goals to Measure Performance:

High School Diploma, equivalent or two-year degree, or equivalent combinations of training and experience.Experience working in a school or treatment setting for students with learning or social/emotional problems.Clean DMV record and a valid driver's license.Drivers must be over 21 years of age.Able to read and use a map or GPS.DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance.License/Certification:
