Job Summary
Provides direct patient care, pulmonary care, and respiratory equipment management to patients of the JHHCG in the home care setting in accordance with JCAHO, state, and departmental standards. Provides care to adults of all ages, children, and infants. Develops and maintains the business process to ensure service excellence. Coordinates closely with the Senior R.T. regarding performance, productivity, documentation, and patient care issues. Develop and maintain knowledge of regulations and agency policies.

Associates Degree in Respiratory Care from a (COARC) accredited Respiratory Therapy Program requiredBachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care from a (COARC) accredited Respiratory Therapy Program is preferred.Maryland State License RequiredB.L.S. RequiredA.C.L.S. preferredAll credentials must be maintained with active status.Current, valid Maryland Driver's License, preferably with no points.Work Experience:
Professional BackgroundAdvanced position Two (2) years minimum clinical Respiratory experience in a hospital or home care settingDemonstrated and documented clinical and operational systems competency in a comparable RCS division.
Salary Range: Minimum $28.29 per hour - Maximum $49.79 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
