specializes in the treatment of eating disorders for all genders and includes four distinct clinical programs: Monte Nido, Walden, Clementine, and Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders.

With fifty programs in fifteen states, and virtual PHP/IOP programming offered in 29 states, Monte Nido provides eating and co-occurring disorder treatment in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care in both the in person and virtual setting. Monte Nido residential programs are Joint Commission accredited.
The Vice President of Virtual Programs will be the driving force behind the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Monte Nido's virtual treatment services. This senior leadership role requires a strategic and visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital health platforms, virtual care delivery, and the mental health treatment landscape, specifically focusing on eating disorders. The VP of Virtual Programs will be responsible for ensuring that Monte Nido's virtual services are competitive in clinical outcomes, client engagement, accessibility, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Monte Nido's virtual care platform that rivals top-tier competitors.Identify and implement innovative virtual care technologies and approaches to enhance client outcomes, satisfaction, and engagement.Collaborate with the executive team to align virtual program goals with Monte Nido's mission and business objectives.Program Development & Expansion:
Oversee the design and implementation of new virtual programs tailored to the needs of clients seeking eating disorder treatment, ensuring scalability and sustainability.Build partnerships with technology providers and health platforms to integrate best-in-class tools for therapy, monitoring, and client support.Clinical Excellence & Compliance:
Ensure that all virtual programs maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence, with measurable outcomes that match or exceed those of competitors.Stay up-to-date with regulations and compliance standards, ensuring Monte Nido's virtual programs adhere to legal and ethical guidelines for telehealth services.Foster collaboration between clinical teams to integrate best practices and emerging research in virtual care for eating disorders.Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of clinicians, program managers, and support staff dedicated to virtual care.Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, ensuring that the virtual programs are client-centric and staff-driven.Promote ongoing professional development and training for virtual care staff, ensuring Monte Nido remains a leader in digital mental health.Operational Management:
Oversee the daily operations of virtual programs, ensuring seamless coordination of care across multiple time zones and client populations.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success, including client retention, clinical outcomes, and program growth.Develop and manage the budget for virtual programs, optimizing resources for maximum impact and efficiency.Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning:
Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape, particularly focusing on Equip Mental Health and other digital-first competitors, to inform program development and marketing strategies.Work closely with marketing and business development teams to position Monte Nido as a top choice for virtual eating disorder treatment.Qualifications:
Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, psychology, or a related field strongly preferred.10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health, with a focus on virtual program development and operations.Proven track record in launching and scaling virtual care programs, with knowledge of best practices in telehealth for mental health treatment.Expertise in the treatment of eating disorders or similar mental health conditions is highly desirable.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to drive innovation and operational excellence.Data-driven decision-maker, with experience using technology to enhance clinical outcomes and client engagement.Strategic Thinking & Vision: The ability to develop and execute a long-term virtual care strategy that aligns with the overall goals of Monte Nido, while staying ahead of industry trends.Digital Health Expertise: In-depth understanding of virtual care platforms, telehealth technology, and digital tools to enhance patient engagement and care delivery.Clinical Knowledge of Eating Disorders: Expertise or familiarity with eating disorders and mental health treatment, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practices.Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to collaborate and achieve high levels of performance.Project & Program Management: Experience in overseeing complex, multi-faceted programs, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality outcomes.Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of telehealth regulations, privacy laws, and clinical compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions.Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve clinical and operational outcomes.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with executive leadership, clinical teams, external partners, and stakeholders.Adaptability & Problem-Solving: The ability to navigate and resolve challenges that arise in a fast-evolving digital health landscape.
