Network Analyst (Fortinet Firewalls)

The Network Analyst will be a member of the Field Infrastructure & Security Operations team with a focus on the lifecycle management of deployed Fortinet firewalls. He/She will be responsible for Firmware updates to approximately 1200 field firewalls managed by FortiManager. Updates will be pushed from FortiManager outside of business hours and success of each update verified. Some interaction with local operations team may be needed to remedy failed updates. He/She will be responsible for the decommissioning process for firewalls coming out of service; Scheduling and turn up of replacements for end-of-support firewalls in addition to inventory/ reporting.
