Accent Decor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Logistics Manager to streamline and optimize our global logistics operations. As the Global Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of logistics processes both domestically and internationally. The Global Logistics team plays a critical role ensuring the efficient movement of goods, optimizing costs, resolving shipping exceptions, and developing strong relationships across functional teams. The position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; as well as the ability to think strategically and execute operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:Evaluate global logistics networks and develop strategies to drive cost reductions and optimize transit times for inbound and outbound freight.Analyze weekly logistics costs/spend and provide accurate forecasts.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.Conduct advanced data analysis to extract insights and optimize logistics processes.Participate in RFI, RFQ, RFP projects with carriers and software providers to enhance our global logistics strategies.Stay informed about international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation procedures to ensure compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse, sales, customer service, product development, marketing, and supply chain teams, as well as with external customers and transportation providers.Oversee Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with vendors to ensure optimal service performance and relationship management.Demonstrate strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills to manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple locations.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global logistics management role.Experience managing logistics in a high-volume, global environment with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Strong knowledge of international and domestic shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.Proficiency in logistics software systems (ERP/TMS/tracking software) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally, lead a team, and partner with external companies.Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data to drive operational improvements.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
