Summary:

As the Regional Manager / Director for North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This co-lead position will focus on sales and day-to-day operations, while your counterpart will concentrate on implementation and consulting. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of functions, including market expansion, business development, strategic partnerships, and overall regional management. You will oversee multiple facets of the business to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive significant impact in the B2B SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive market expansion and achieve business objectives. Lead the region in alignment with the company's vision and goals.Business Development: Identify and vigorously pursue new business opportunities to enhance market presence. Foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand the client base.Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their business objectives. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Partnerships and Alliances: Foster and maintain strategic partnerships that contribute to substantial revenue growth. Collaborate with partners to co-create value and expand market reach.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a remote team, promoting a high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with regional and organizational goals.Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize regional strategies with ongoing campaigns and initiatives. Represent the company's thought leadership and innovative solutions in the industry.Operational Excellence: Oversee regional operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.Qualifications

Excellent English language skills, in both written and spoken English.Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.Demonstrated experience in a senior management role, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.Excellent English language skills, in both written and spoken English.Deep understanding of sales processes and a history of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Experience in business development and client engagement.Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that drive significant business value.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote team. Proven experience in fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
