Job Description Summary

The part-time Administrative Coordinator will provide in-person administrative and functional coordination and support to PIK Professor Karen Glanz, PhD, MPH. The main duties are to help with office-based administrative support tasks.

Job Description

The part-time Administrative Coordinator will provide in-person administrative and functional coordination and support to PIK Professor Karen Glanz, PhD, MPH. The main duties are to help with office-based administrative support tasks, including:

(1) manage supplies, mailings, space, and equipment;

(2) coordinate campus-based meetings and events;

(3) help with Dr. Glanz's calendar and scheduling;

(4) organize, sort, and file office materials to prepare to move to our new office building in 2025; and

(5) other administrative tasks as needed.

The part-time Administrative Coordinator will work 12 hours per week during regular business hours, split between 2 to 3 days. The expected minimum commitment is one year. This is a fully office-based position.

The anticipated hourly rate for well-qualified candidates is $20-23 dollars per hour.
