ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding. Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians and enhancing public awareness on the importance of health, and prescribing medications.
General Job Duties Include:
Ability to build and foster relationships with patients, families, and clinical departments
Practice primary care in fast-paced outpatient clinic
Occasional inpatient care with a focus on wound care patients
Wound care skills/certification preferred
Monday-Friday clinic hours
8am-5pm
Potentially cover/float at 4 locations
Full-Time

QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. MSN with specialization as an ARNP
2. Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse
3. BLS upon hire and maintain current
4. One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
5. Previous experience with electronic health record.
