Successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career oriented professionals who are masters of influence and love working the telephones. This position involves management of an inbound/outbound sales team for one of the most respected names in New England.
Requirements:Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience handling inbound/outbound CS or sales callsExcellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this positionA proven history on inside sales, internet marketing and/or scheduling sales appointmentsThe ability to instantly build a rapport with clientsSuperb communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a "never say die" attitudeA professional demeanor and the ability to face rejection without losing momentumSuperb customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve customer service issuesThe ability to meet or exceed all department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performanceBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft, Google Docs and efficient typing and writing skillsStrong organizational expertise and attention to detailMust be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekendsMust manage customer database (CRM) to full extentMust be able to manage and train a team to produce company's sales objectives with internet and phone opportunitiesWe offer:
