The Wilner Group has partnered with our client a boutique law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services including dispute resolution and commercial litigation, in search of a Litigation Associate Attorney. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, collaborate with talented colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on their clients' legal needs. This position is full-time, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site at their Parsippany, NJ location and 2 days working remotely-compensation: $155k-$165k based on experience. Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients.Represent clients in conferences, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategies.Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.Stay current with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar membership in good standing in NJ. NY or PA is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a reputable law firm.Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proven track record of success in complex litigation cases.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
