Job Description
Job Summary
Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and proceduresActs as a neutral liaison between file parties, adheres to company policy, and monitors and mitigates risk to the companyRecommends improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve efficiencyUnderstands how teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve organizational objectivesProvides subject matter guidance to team; may allocate workImpacts results of own team and effectiveness of related teamsGathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedentExercises judgement based on previous experiences, practices and precedentsEvaluates and communicates complex information in a clear, concise mannerExchanges ideas and information effectivelyWorks autonomously within established procedures and practicesActs as a lead, coordinating the work of others but is not a direct supervisorPerforms all other duties as assigned by management
Education
High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
Experience
Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits
$49,233.34 - $91,022.14 AnnuallyThe base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
