Schneider is seeking an Administrative Assistant in West Memphis to act as the point of contact for truck drivers who are attending orientation. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate various onboarding processes, including scheduling physicals and drug testing.
Responsibilities:Ensure drivers complete onboarding activities in a timely manner.Answer training-related questions drivers have.Track the completion of onboarding tasks.Find ways to improve current onboarding processes.Work with third-party vendors.Learn and uphold Department of Transportation regulations and laws regarding drug and alcohol screening.Assist drivers with the completion of onboarding paperwork.Skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills.Pay and benefits:
