We are seeking an energetic individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. In this role you will provide key support in the day to day operations of the on-site HOA property.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to on-site HOA staff.
Assist Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors with various inquiries
Provide coordination of community-related meetings and assist with various forms of communication including board packets, proposals, website updates, and general correspondence
Answer incoming calls and provide phone back-up
Assist with architectural requests from homeowners
Assist with meeting prep, drafting minutes, assembling board packets, proposals
Assist in tracking and following up with vendor bids
Assist with special projects
Work Environment
This is an hourly position, Monday-Friday with flexibility needed for some evening or weekend times on a scheduled basis. This position operates on property. Use of a personal vehicle may be required. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. This position also requires the employee sit for extended durations of time in front of a computer.
Requirements:
Two to three years in a professional office setting as an administrative assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
MS Office proficiency.
