The New York office is seeking an associate to join the Complex Litigation group, specifically targeting candidates in their 4th to 6th year of practice. The ideal candidate should have four or more years of experience in commercial litigation and demonstrate strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and New York Civil Practice Law and Rules is advantageous, as is experience with taking and defending depositions and managing court appearances (either as first or second chair).
The successful candidate will be eager to take on responsibility for cases, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent academic credentials are essential, and prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Admission to the New York State Bar is required.Application Requirements
