Your New Role...
The Production Assistant role is an entry-level position that is vital in supporting the Bleacher Report Live Production Team.
This person must be an avid sports fan who keeps up with relevant storylines in the sports landscape.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who communicates well, can prioritize their own tasks, and manages projects efficiently.
Must be OK with irregular hours - nature of Live Sports coverage requires occasional nights/weekends.
Your Role Accountabilities...
•Line-produce live shows streaming in the BR App
•Work with Creator-talent to align on content goals for livestreams
•Provide production support for all BR live productions
•Ideate around topical storylines in sports to help determine content of livestreams
•Use photoshop to create thumbnails & other light-design work for Livestreams
•Edit video (Adobe Premiere) for highlight packages
Qualifications & Experiences...
•Strong contextual sports knowledge
•Fundamental Production skills
•Great attention to detail and creative mindset
•Strong communication skillscalls, email, Slack
•Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced production environment with quick turnarounds

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
