Details: Full-time with benefits, working 40 hours a week. This position will work from 7:00am-3:30pm or as needed to complete regularly scheduled preventative maintenance or work orders.

Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment and circuits, including power distribution systems, motor control centers and backup emergency switch gear. Follows appropriate preventative maintenance schedules to ensure proper maintenance and maximum life of the equipment. May participate in customer service activities related to electrical distribution, nurse call systems, TV systems, public address systems and other equipment and systems. Reports problems through the work order system and suggests solutions to systems and equipment. Participates in the planning and execution process for remodeling and construction. Reviews new and retrofit building management systems pertaining to remodeling and long range planning projects. Coordinates or leads project plans when necessary. Trains colleagues on various skills and tasks. Acts as a resource or mentor to colleagues and provides general leadership to the team. Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in electrical discipline or approved apprenticeship preferred.•Requires formal Electrical Training in a healthcare environment.•Requires ability to read and interpret information from complex blueprints, schematics and diagrams.•Requires current knowledge of various federal, state, local, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Joint Commission codes and regulations.•May be required to furnish own hand tools.•Requires a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.•Requires experience in commercial or institutional environment working with electrical equipment and circuitry.Apply teamwork.
