Responsibilities
Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center
is a 182-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful Oakland Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL. FLBHC features individual units for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center.

plans, coordinates, directs and carries out activities related to the facility-wide performance and quality improvement program and processes.

Qualifications
Education/Training:
Degree in Nursing or Master's level clinicianCPR CertificationExperience:A minimum of three (3) years experience preferred; in healthcare, performance improvement and regulatoryLicensure/Certification
:
Master's level, licensed professional, or RN License in the State of Florida
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Joint Commisssion, survey process and standardsKnowledge of CMS and stste hospital regulationsAbility to analyze data to improve performance, reduce risk, and provide safe and quality patient careSensitive and aware of diverse cultures and their practices.
