**Description**The IT Director will direct and lead the strategic and operational direction of the organization's ERP systems, data engineering, data governance, and system integration. This role is critical in ensuring that the organization's IT systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The IT Director will be responsible for managing teams, setting strategies, ensuring data quality, integrating systems, and optimizing the ERP environment to drive efficiency and innovation.Key Responsibilities:ERP Management:+ Direct the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's ERP system.+ Partner with business units to understand their needs and ensure that the ERP system supports and enhances business processes.+ Lead the selection and integration of new ERP modules or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Data Engineering:+ Direct the design, development, and management of data pipelines and architectures.+ Ensure data is collected, stored, and made accessible in a manner that supports analytical and operational needs.+ Direct efforts to innovate and optimize data engineering processes for enhanced performance and scalability.Data Governance:+ Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security.+ Work with stakeholders to define data ownership, standards, and best practices across the organization.+ Monitor compliance with data governance policies and address any issues related to data quality or misuse.System Integration:+ Lead initiatives to integrate various IT systems within the organization, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between platforms.+ Direct the implementation of APIs, middleware, and other integration tools to connect disparate systems.+ Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure successful integration projects.Leadership and Team Management:+ Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.+ Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure the professional development of team members.+ Partner with other IT leaders and business units to align IT strategy with organizational goals.Strategic Planning:+ Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports the organization's long-term goals.+ Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive digital transformation within the organization.+ Manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet current and future needs.Vendor Management:+ Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and support.+ Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimize costs and service delivery.Risk Management and Compliance:+ Ensure that all IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.+ Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard the organization's IT assets.**Qualifications**+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.+ 14 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.+ Proven experience in managing ERP systems, data engineering, data governance, and system integration.+ Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.+ Experience with cloud-based technologies and data architectures.+ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and proven ability to establish relationships with clients.+ Strong organization, and problem-solving skills.+ Experience in budget management and strategic planning.+ Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are a plus.+ Expert knowledge of technology and the application of technology in business.+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.+ Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead and manage.+ Excellent planning and analytical skills.+ Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filledEEO/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans**Job** Information Technology**Primary Location** US-MO-Kansas City**Schedule:** Full-time**Travel:** Yes, 25 % of the Time**Req ID:** 244413**Job Hire Type** Experienced #LI-SS #COR
