Construction Senior Superintendent

Projects range from $1M-$500M in multiple commercial sectors including K12, higher education, healthcare, and government. Responsibilities Oversee daily operation of construction projects Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed Communicate project progress with clients and project managers Manage subcontractors and construction site organization Qualifications 10 to 15 years of experience as a lead superintendent 3 years tenure at previous employers is preferred Large healthcare and complex project experience is required ($30M and higher in valuation) Effective communicator between all involved parties of the project Compensation $120k-$150k base pay plus bonus program Company truck and gas card PTO, 401k match, and insurance coverage If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply to submit your CV and projects list.
