role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial lives while advancing your career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team environment.The location of this role will be in the San Francisco area of California.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and drive the delivery of wealth planning services (investment, tax, estate planning, etc.) to benefit clients.Identify and prioritize key planning needs and objectives through a thorough discovery process, determining short and long-term deliverables.Prepare tailored financial planning analysis and create presentation materials to communicate recommendations effectively.Lead and conduct client meetings in alignment with the firm's client service model.Manage the client experience by coordinating with investment, tax colleagues, and service teams.Drive new business through existing client referrals.Oversee the building and ongoing management of client portfolios.Assist with the transition and acquisition of client portfolios from tenured advisors.Participate in company training and implement best practices.Continuously reinforce the firm's value proposition to clients.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree, preferably in the Financial Services field.Minimum 7+ years professional wealth management experience.CFP designation is required.Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining high-net-worth client relationships.Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to lead.Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to foster internal and external collaboration across various functions.Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
