The Management Services Lead Auditor will be responsible for performing third-party quality audits and assessment in accordance with our Corporate Policies. You will lead the audit team, prepare audit plans, reports, deliver meetings, and submit final reports. As needed position based on client needs for TUV America Inc. with headquarters in Peabody, MA.Your responsibilities will include:Accurate, clear, and timely communication of information, upward and lateral, including verbal, written and listening skills;The ability to plan and organize giving attention to detail and follow-through;Reliable judgment that is consistent, adaptable to unusual situations, realistic, common-sense approach to job and problemsMotivation, initiative, commitment to self-improvementYour willingness to consider others' ideas and to work with othersYour qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have one of the following lead auditor certifications:3+ years as a 3rd party IATF Lead Auditor.Current IATF Lead Auditor certification for ISO/IATF16949 with Green Status.Able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. in addition to transporting one's own luggage for multiple-day travel and push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel with that which is lifted, carried, or transported.Able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time and maneuver throughout multiple levels of client sites either by stairs or elevator.Must possess a valid driver's license and can rent and drive a car and travel on public conveyances when required.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business area or equivalent Auditor CredentialsTravel Requirements:
Frequent local and domestic travel and occasional international travel to client locations is required -- travel may be up to 100%. Hours beyond the normal work week are often required to satisfy client deadlines.Additional Information
