Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.Residency training program in internal medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).Fellowship in cardiology, with specific training in interventional cardiology.License & Certifications
Board certification in cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).Additional board certification or fellowship completion in interventional cardiology.Active and unrestricted medical license in Illinois .Experience
