We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Knolls at West Oaks, a 168 unit apartment community in Houston, TX.
Position Summary:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.
Responsibilities:
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goalsBuild strong resident relations and provide excellent customer serviceAssist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnelEstablish positive relationships within the communityBe on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications:
1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferredSection 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferredYardi software experience preferredAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
