Additional Information:This is a 40 hours/week, overtime-eligible position.
This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday – Friday. Specific hours and days onsite will be determined by business needs and are subject to change with appropriate advanced notice.

Program Management: Executes the delivery of Launch Lab X and other alumni programs, including the calendaring, document management, content library, and survey feedback. Manages applications, judging, speakers, and event logistics (virtual and in-person). Works closely with the director to develop and execute the program strategy in order to optimize alumni engagement.
Community & Ecosystem Building: Conducts one-on-one meetings with early-stage founders (program participants), providing guidance and connecting them to key resources. Manages relationships with experts and alumni, fostering engagement and maintaining communication through email, Slack, social media, and newsletters. Plans, develops, and executes community-related programming such as orientation, end of term events, sub-community sessions, regional alumni events, women’s networking forum, and other programming that brings our community together. In total, supports approximately 15-20 events throughout the academic year.
Data Management & Reporting: Manages alumni data within the CRM, including the collection, analysis, and review of cohort data to understand composition and trends. Leverages and synthesizes data from customer surveys, feedback, focus groups, and other data sources to provide insights, support decision-making, and inform program improvements and strategy. Identifies and tracks high-potential teams to monitor overall program impact. Collaborates with technology, network engagement, and student programs teams to optimize these efforts.
Strategic Projects: Develops and prioritizes new initiatives, builds infrastructure for execution, and serves as the administrator for strategic projects to position the i-lab and alumni programming as leaders in the entrepreneurial space. Collaborates with global partners to deliver events that expand the i-lab's reach and impact across Harvard's global alumni network, enhancing the scope and influence of our initiatives worldwide.
Cross-team collaboration: Builds and nurtures close collaborations with teams across the Harvard Innovation Labs, including Advising, Network Engagement, Student Programs, Communications, Technology, Operations, and ensures that community initiatives are aligned and coordinated on objectives. Implements repeatable processes that work well for all involved. Supports additional Harvard Innovation Labs projects, operations, and events as needed.
