Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing all audit operations, ensuring compliance with AIPCA and PCAOB standards.2. Coordinating and executing comprehensive audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational procedures.3. Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic audit plans and risk management strategies.4. Managing relationships with high net worth individuals and venture capitalists, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.5. Reviewing and approving stock options, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.6. Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern and proposing appropriate solutions.7. Providing leadership and guidance to junior audit staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.8. Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry trends, ensuring the company's auditing procedures remain compliant and effective.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on corporate finance. Experience in both private and public sectors is preferred.2. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification will be considered an asset.3. Extensive knowledge of AIPCA and PCAOB auditing standards.4. Proven experience working with high net worth individuals and venture capitalists.5. Familiarity with stock options and relevant regulations.6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.8. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to a variety of audiences.9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the company's values and ethical standards.
