Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Analyze datasets for trends, develop and maintain financial models and reports, and present actionable insights for decision-making.
Data Management & Workflow Optimization:
Perform precise data entry, ensure data quality, and create customized reports in NetSuite and Kantata.
Organize, manipulate, and analyze data to support financial operations and enhance reporting efficiency.
Implement and refine workflows to streamline financial management and reporting processes.
Systems & Tools Utilization:
Excel in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems like NetSuite and Kantata for data management and reporting.
Oversee data entry, import/export processes, and ensure quality and consistency across systems.
Financial Management & Coordination:
Track financial tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely completion while managing concurrent workstreams.
Coordinate with various teams to gather data, validate information, and ensure alignment with process requirements.
Problem Solving & Coordination:
Develop strategies to tackle financial challenges, provide actionable insights from data analysis, and make recommendations to improve operations.
Manage cross-team action items, address issues, and produce clear, organized written documents and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets; advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets are essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
Experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
Ability to improve and streamline reporting workflows for increased efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create and present business insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and Suite Analytics is a plus.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
