THE JOBThis is Director, Nursing Post Surgical Inpatient Unit position and requires someone who has:Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.MSN or master's in a health care related field2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
As a Director, Nursing Post Surgical Inpatient Unit your roles and responsibilities will include:Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.Effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership abilityhospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
