This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.
Job time: Full Time
Shift: Rotational work shifts Sunday - Thursday 4:30 pm to 1:00am
Compensation: $21/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
Performing warehouse operations such as loading/unloading trucks, lifting box, stacking boxes, handling product, palletizing & scanning labels into inventory, etc.
Interacting regularly with peers and management
Operating forklifts and rideable pallet jacks
Understanding and adhering to all food safety policies, safety policies and procedures
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 80lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Basic computer skills
Ability to work indoors in a cold environment throughout the shift to fulfill orders, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Forklift experience
Previous experience in warehouse or production environment
Previous experience in cold or refrigerator environment
