Apparel Production Coordinator

Global, luxury brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a talented Production Coordinator with relevant experience and skills to join our team of team professionals. We are looking for a motivated candidate, who is adaptable, flexible, and self-starter in a fast-pace environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Understand the product creation process from development hand off to production.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on time delivery per calendar.
Partner with Product Development and Design team to trouble shoot. issues that arise during production; support issues to resolution.
Work with development team on maintaining PLM System.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely arrival of samples for fittings and key seasonal meetings.
Update WIP and T&A based on production schedule
Daily communication with factories.
Follow up with vendors throughout the production stages to ensure deadlines are being maintained.
Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside with shipping team to ensure all products arrive on time.
Monitor the production process from the first sample to final delivery.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of apparel industry experience.
Proven experience with apparel/ garment costing and vendor negotiation.
Proven experience with sourcing, logistics and Production terminology.
Strong leadership skills
Team player
Good Attitude
Flexible & Adaptable
Strong organizational skills
Other duties as assigned.
Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
