Assembler Position Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts and other components into small or light sub-assemblies and complete units.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:Assembles components of or final production using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.Hand tools and small power tools are used to assemble units.Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.Maintains a clean and safe working environmentPerforms other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.Assembler Experience and/or Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate);Require 1+ year of related experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience using hand tools and small power toolsAssembler Essential Skills and/or Abilities:
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an assembly role.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistentlyDependability is a must; must adhere to company attendance policyStrong attention to detailStrong quality and efficiency standardsAbility to work both as a team or individually
