As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our catering business in the area.

Job Duties:

- Business Development: Expand the facilities book of business across various outlets and foster relationships with new clients.

- Client Engagement:** Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and capturing details for catering orders, including menu choices, event logistics, and other requirements.

- Daily Operations: Start and end the day at the production facility, coordinating routes and deliveries for the following day.

- Relationship Building: Develop partnerships with outside venues, vendors, and coordinators to enhance our service offerings.

- Contract Management: Draft and submit sales contracts and estimates for client approval and payment.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates on catering sales progress to the Facility Director, ensuring timely communication of orders for preparation.

- Coordination: Work closely with the catering department, kitchen teams, and off-site staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to food quality or service promptly.

- Networking: Represent Iacofano's Catering Group at networking and business events to promote our brand.

- Event Management: Conduct tastings for both on-site and off-site events, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals, marketing strategies, and action plans. Utilize social media, website, and other marketing channels effectively.

Requirements

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

- High computer literacy, including proficiency with PC/Catering Systems and web-based programs.

- Strong organizational, supervisory, and managerial abilities.

- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Hospitality or related field.

- Experience with CRM software and event planning software.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
